Tonight we want to present one of our favorite recent releases: “Supernova” by MORGAN WILLIS. As the beautiful artwork by @marqueeadam666 suggests, it is truly the 80s anime space opera you have always wanted in musical form. Our favorite track by far is “Professor Omega” – smashing and highly dancefloor compatible. Be sure to check it out at Bandcamp:Supernova

Gloom Influx – Voyageur
One of our greatest new discoveries is “Voyageur”, the second album of French-Canadian artist Gloom Influx . The album is an exceptional mix of (dark) synths with some very clear (and awesome) metal influences. This is anywhere between excitingly experimental (“Generator”, “Injustice”) and beautifully classic (“Challenger”) in it’s composition. In its bandwidth it really reminds us of the old Psyclon Nine in some aspects Because we have very different tastes, we consequently have two different favorite songs on the album: “Signals” and “Annihilatior”. Give it a listen and tell us what you think!

Straplocked and Ray Gun Hero – Stalemate
Today we want to present you a prime piece of new music that might have somewhat flown under the radar. Straplocked and raygunhero just released their album “Stalemate”. It’s a beautiful mixture of retrogaming inspired sounds and #cyberpunk vibes. “Common Grounds” sounds like right out of a long lost Turrican soundtrack. Favorite song of the album: “City Forgotten”. Definitely also make sure check out the other released by their label Burning Owl Records; great stuff there! 😎👌🎮🤖
